关注加拿大移民新政策的朋友都知道，如果在申请加拿大魁省技术移民时，如果能获得魁北克地区雇主offer（公司雇佣合同），会在魁北克技术移民加分中多得到8-10分，而得到魁省雇主offer的第一步，便是雇主需通过“劳动力市场影响评估”，简称LMIA，而申请LMIA的第一步，便是魁省雇主打招聘广告，证明在当地找不到你这个职位的人。加拿大魁北克省每年会发布一次可以豁免这个招聘广告的职业清单，这些职业不受劳动力市场影响评估广告的要求。
近期加拿大魁北克省公布了2018年可以豁免LMIA招聘广告职业清单，也就是说，魁北克省的雇主雇佣一名从事清单上职位的外籍雇员，不需要在当地做广告。具体如下：
